GEM Biosolutions ("**GEM**," "**we**," "**us**") provides biospecimen sourcing and shipping logistics coordination services to pharmaceutical and research organizations ("**Clients**"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through our website and in the course of business, how we use it, and the choices you have.

 

This Policy covers the business contact and website data described below. It does **not** cover biospecimen donor data: GEM sources human biospecimens through third-party providers and biobanks ("**Providers**") who are independently responsible for donor informed consent and for de-identifying donor information before it reaches us. GEM does not knowingly collect or process directly identifiable donor health information as part of its brokerage services.

  • Order and transaction information, such as materials requested, quantities, pricing, and shipping/delivery details, needed to fulfill an Order.

  • Information from Providers and carriers, such as shipment tracking and chain-of-custody records, needed to coordinate delivery of biospecimens.

  • We do not knowingly collect information from children, and our website is not directed to children under 16.
